Production
The grapes are harvested early morning to ensure cool temperatures. After the grapes are destemmed and crushed the juice is left on the skins for a short period. No fermentation has taken place. CO2 added just before bottling to create this Muscat Nectar.
Colour: Beautiful light green-yellow colour with fine bubbles.
Bouquet: Fresh tropical fruit flavours of litchi and apricot, enhanced by beautiful muscat flavours.
Taste: Tropical fruit, muscat and some spice on the taste, with fine bubbles and a good acidity to make a well-balanced product.
Food pairing
Great on its own or served with fresh summer salads, cold meats or light meals. Also makes for an interesting
pairing with mild curries. Serve chilled.
