TYPE / VARIETY ORIGIN: 100% Premium Colombar Grapes Western Cape, South Africa
METHOD: Grapes were harvested at optimum ripeness in the Olifantsrivier region. Grapes were then destalked and crushed. Through our innovative Flash Dente system, the grapes are momentarily heated and flashed cooled to extract their natural colours and flavours. The juice is then separated from the skins and cooled down. The juice is then clarified by means of filtration
BOUQUET: A flinty and elegant grape juice layered with pine nut and asparagus flavors. A vibrant lemon clear hue. Intense and powerful fruit aromas of guava, black current and litchi exudes with hints of green apple, sweet herbs, and lemon zest to finish.
