TASTING NOTE
This semi-sweet, unwooded wine has aromas of peach, litchi, orange, elderflower and hints of guava. The mouthwatering palate has fresh crisp, tropical fruit flavours that fill the mouth with a lemony saline swirl on the finish.
SERVE WITH
Although this versatile wine is great on its own as an aperitif, it’s also delicious with light seafood dishes or crisp salads.

Being a loyal Spier- Chenin Blac drinker, it was difficult to take in my first glass of the de-alcholonised till I realised that I was refusing myself an opportunity to understand this particular wine, because I was busy looking for the alcohol taste of Chenin in this particular bottle. It is only after my second glass that I consciously started developing a new relationship with this beautiful versatile wine. Best taken alone but can be paired with your salad and and seafood. I can officially say, this is my favourite, served chilled. And the price is great.
