These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms of Use”) contain the terms and provisions applicable to you (“User”) and your access to and use of this Website.  Your use of the Website and any other feature, content or application offered by the Website is subject at all times to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and all applicable laws, rules and regulations.  Please read these Terms of Use carefully and contact us with any questions.

By accessing this Website, you agree that you have read, understand and agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.   If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, please exit the Website immediately. These Terms of Use may be modified, changed or altered by us at any time without prior notice.  In agreeing to these Terms of Use, you are responsible for periodically checking for changes and/or updates to these Terms of Use.  Notwithstanding the foregoing, we will endeavour to notify you of any changes by posting such changes on the Website. Your continued access of the Website after such changes are made conclusively demonstrates your acceptance of such changes.

Description of Goods and Services

Zero Wines is a registered business in the e-commerce industry that sells retail and wholesale non-alcoholic wine products and related services.

Although we work with a number of partners, Zero Wines takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

Zero Wines shall take all reasonable measures to accurately display the purchase price and delivery charges of Products on the Website. Should however there be any errors, we shall not be liable for any loss, claim or expense relating to a transaction based on any error, other than to refund you for any amount already paid. Zero Wines shall not be bound by any incorrect information regarding our products displayed on any third party websites.


Payment can only be made using credit/debit cards or EFT. We do not store customer financial details and your personal details are not shared with any third party.

Through Pay Fast, payments may be made through the following:

Delivery policy

Locations: We offer nationwide delivery within South Africa. If you are outside of South Africa please contact us for an individualised shipping quote. 


  • Zero wines will facilitate couriering of products ordered through our website to your door within all Provinces at a flat rate of R99
  • We reserve the right to charge an additional surcharge for delivery to remote locations or rural areas.
  • If you spend R1000 or more, delivery is FREE.


Delivery turn-around times vary depending on where you are located and the availability of stock at our warehouse.  

When we have stock available, our expected delivery time frames are as follows

  • Cape Town area: 1-3 working days
  • Other main centres: 3-6 working days
  • Outlying areas: 4-7 working days

If  the stock is not available, we will order from our suppliers and the following timelines would apply:

  • Cape Town area: 3-6 working days
  • Other main centres: 5-7 working days
  • Outlying areas: 6-8 working days

Overnight Deliveries: This can be arranged  subject to stock availability if you contact Zero Wines via email. Please note the overnight courier charges will be for your own account.

Return Policy
Zero Wines understands that sometimes your purchase may not be a perfect fit. For that reason, we offer customers the option to return or exchange most items purchased in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt to:

Please note that return courier fees will need to be paid by the customer except in cases where products are faulty or supplied incorrectly, in which case we will process a refund or exchange as per the customers preference.
