    TYPE / VARIETY ORIGIN: 100% Premium Cabernet Sauvignon Grapes Western Cape, South Africa
    METHOD : Grapes were harvested at optimum ripeness in the Olifantsrivier region. Grapes were then destalked and crushed. Through our innovative Flash Dente system, the grapes are momentarily heated and flashed cooled to extract their natural colours and flavours. The juice is then separated from the skins and cooled down. The juice is then clarified by means of filtration.
