The grapes are harvested early morning to ensure cool temperatures. After the grapes are destemmed and crushed the juice is left on the skins for a short period. No fermentation has taken place. CO2 added just before bottling to create this Muscat Nectar.Colour: Beautiful light green-yellow colour with fine bubbles.
